Easter weekend we spent with Steve's family. Uncle Mark and Tyler came into town so we visited Saturday night. The boys shot bows and we dyed Easter eggs. Sunday morning we woke up to find that the Easter bunny had come. Michael was thrilled! He said "This is just like Christmas!" Eloise wasn't too impressed with her fuzzy bunny ears but humored her mama anyway for a picture. (Like she really had a choice, right?)
Steve's sister Melissa and her husband Tyler blessed their baby that day so we went to their sacrament meeting. We didn't want to take Eloise to church yet at only 16 days so she visited with Nanny and Poppy while Steve, Michael, and I went. It was a nice meeting. Tyler gave a beautiful blessing and there were some great testimonies shared. It was nice to take the sacrament and reflect on the Savior and His resurrection. I'm so grateful for my knowledge of the gospel and the happiness it brings to my life.
After a luncheon, Gramma and Pompa put on an egg hunt for the grandkids.
It was a relaxing Easter Sunday.
